I have bought several Jezebel Caress Too Garter belts in the past (the last one I bought 3 months ago from Macy). It is just like my first white lace bra/panty/garter belt set that I bought in college (which was a Jezebel set as well). It is definitely one of my favorite garter belt. There are several other reasons that I love this garter belt so much:
1. It's so pretty! I love the lace.
2. The lace pattern goes well with most white lace panty, although I have the matching panties and bras as well.
3. The color is bright white, which I really like.
4. It sits low on the hips which I like. I know there are some garter belts that sit high on the waist and have wide patterned belts. But, I think the low waist belts are cuter.
5. While it is not heavy duty construction (who wants those!). It is well constructed and will last for years.
6. The price is great. It's only $18 compare to most Victoria's Secret garter belts (which runs around $30).
I bought another Jezebel garter belt from Amazon (Jezebel Eyelash Lace Garter Belt, style 90196) 2 weeks ago for $8.99. It is also great. I've worn it several times and it looks a lot like this Caress Too belt, but its lace has "eyelash details" at the edege of the lace pattern. Although I didn't care as much for the eyelash pattern and I think that belt is not as white as this one, but the price is really good. So if you like to wear garter belt, I would suggest that you get that one too.
I've mentioned in my Jezebel Eyelash Lace Garter Belt review that I don't like it when the buttons that get clipped onto the stocking is made of soft rubber, because if you are not careful, the button can get mis-shaped if you don't hook the clips onto the button correctly. Unfortunately the Caress Too garter belts also have soft rubber buttons. But this is probably more of a problem if the stocking is thicker. I've been wearing this belt with Victoria's Secret stocking without problems.
Overall, I would recommend that you buy this garter belt as your basic white lace garter belt as part of your lingerie wardrobe. Every girl needs a white lacy bra/panty/garter belt set at some point of time.
